Tiana has managed a portfolio of consisting of Commercial Retail Spaces, Mixed use properties, Large-Scale Single-Family homes, garden style condominiums, corridor Style condominiums, Mid-rise and High-Rise buildings all over the bay area and surrounding areas. Tiana also has an extensive background in construction project management, which includes new development. This includes overseeing a new construction staff housing project for Stanford University in excess of $200 million dollars from its inception to completion. Tiana excels at assisting clients in reaching their goals while navigating special assessments, construction management as well as complex and challenging projects. Tiana’s knowledge base includes experience with a variety of amenities including pools, spas, sport courts, elevators and much more. Tiana has held the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation though the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) since 2016. Tiana also holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Associations institute (CAI) since 2017. Tiana Prides herself in responsiveness and her ability to handle difficult tasks.
